Hi,

Im trying to publish to powerserver and manage to do it when it is over the network. Now my superior said that I need to publish it and can be accessed outside the network. It was easy for the first time since the web server im using is not configured for secure connection, but when the Network administrator installed a security certificate, there i encountered 2 issues:

  1. I cannot access the AEM either in HTTP or HTTPS. What it did is just download a PHOTO.SCR file and nothing happens.
  2. The connection with Powerserver and Webserver always fails even I change the settings to HTTPS

The question now is: what setting should I use when my webserver is on HTTPS?

I tried to understand what was suggested here but with my limited knowledge, i cant: Managing server profiles - - PowerServer Toolkit User Guide (appeon.com)

Is there something I need to change with the server itself?

Thank you

Based on what you described, this is either an IIS or firewall config issue.  It is not directly a PowerServer issue.  I don’t know exactly what config is wrong.  Let’s see if others have suggestion.  If not, you might want to engage one of our consulting partners to help you properly set up your production servers.  https://www.appeon.com/consultants/consulting-partners
