Resolved PowerBuilder Versions

When people referring to PowerBuilder 2018, what version of the PowerBuilder do they mean?

I can see only downloads for PowerBuilder 2017 and for PowerBuilder 2019.

They really mean PowerBuilder 2019.  The pre-release of PowerBuilder 2019 was referred to as PowerBuilder 2018, but it was never general availability.

Just FYI, PowerBuilder 2019 R2 has already been released and we recommend all customers to use PowerBuilder 2019 R2 instead of 2019.  Besides having more bug fixes and supporting newer database versions, it has lots of new features.
