Hi Amit;

  Shenn is correct as even the last Sybase/SAP versions were not certified or supported by either company on W10. Whereas the latest Appeon PB2017 / PB2019 versions are.

Food for thought.

Sybase dropped support for PB9 sometime in 2006, 13 years ago. Sybase itself ceased to exist in 2012 after being purchased by SAP who had zero interest in PowerBuilder. They transferred responsibility for PowerBuilder to Appeon.

Your best bet would be to migrate to a current Appeon version.

I would advise that PB9 is way too outdated to be running on Windows 10.  There is no support for that version of PB so you are pretty much on your own.  The error message you describe is generic and could be caused by any number of incompatibilities between PB9 and Windows 10.
