When I run 64 bit exe (Topwiz EmailSMTP) to send email, it fails with an error "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond". But the 32 bit exe works just fine. I use  the following settings SMTP server name/Port 25/Encryption Type:None. Any ideas why 64 bit exe is failing? Thanks.

That is my example program so I tested it and got the same error.

Perhaps you should try this one instead:

http://www.topwizprogramming.com/pbnismtp.html

There is a file pbnismtp.pbx that has to be included with your app. There are 32bit and 64bit versions included.

Thanks Roland for the response.

When I try to import 64 bit .pbx into one of my library in PB 2017, it fails with an error "Error: The file is not a valid dll or pbx file."  No issues in importing 32 bit .pbx. Any ideas? Thanks.

Was this ever resolved? If so how? I have run into the same problem.
