We pretty much tried everything we can think of but no matter what happens one of our PC's cannot load the toolkit.  Keep getting.   (PB2017 r3, Win10)

We have uninstall the entire PB, reinstall, reinstall using admin priv, uninstall and manually delete directories and files.  Had a tech with admin privilege do install and no matter what happens we get the same error.  Even thought the toolkit was not installed it thinks it is.  Any ideas to where is looking to find the tool kit or reg setting?

Finally found a solution... ended up uninstalling PB2017 R3, Installing PB2017 R1 then uninstalling that.  R1 seems to have done a better job uninstalling the toolbar.  After uninstalling R1 reinstalled R3 and it finally installed all components without the error.

Try wiping out the OS and starting with clean Windows install then proceed to setup PowerBuilder & PowerServer.
