I am getting the below error when trying to install PB Appeon version (PWRBLDR-2017R3LTS-1858-STD-EN). Below error message screenshot. THis is on my laptop which is on Windows 10. The issue started when I tried to reinstall PB after Windo 7 to 10 migration of my laptop. I was able to install it on Windows 7 and was able to work with it previously.

Hi Sreeram;

Did you run the DOS CommandShell (and/or the BAT file) as ADMIN?

Chris - Yes, I am running the command prompt as admin.

Another observation, when I am running the setup.exe (as admin), nothing happens. Only an hour glass appears and then the executable seems to stop.
