In my project have too many custom NVO with not DS or DW.

How to use this NVO in C# code or how to publish RestFull Service with this NVO ?!

Hi iliyan;

   With the new PowerBuilder version 2019, you can build and publish C# RESTFul web services (and optionally include DataStores if you need them) in the new "C# Web API" feature.  However, the C# Web API replies on pure C# syntax and thus, you would need to re-engineer your PowerScript code into C#.

I think "re-engineer" is the wrong word. One big reason to use PowerBuilder 2019 to go to C# is that you can "port" your PowerScript to C# rather than have to "re-engineer" it. Just compare how similar the PowerScript and C# code samples are here: http://showcase.appeon.com/showcase_2_207.html
