*Phenomenon:
Our OccuSource Application was recently migrated from PowerBuilder version 12.6 to PowerBuilder Version 2019 Build 2170.
It is a 64 bit application running on a Windows 2016 Server with a ASE 16 Sybase database. The application is
launched by the users via Citrix. *Reproduce Steps: We cannot reproduce this behavior in our lower, Non-Production environments. Remarks: We currently have several users running the OccuSource Application in Production as a pilot. This is rather random
but is seems as though when users are logged into the application and running for a long period of time (a few hours),
the OccuSource Application gets slower. Going from window to window can take 5-25 seconds, sometimes you see a
spinning circle while the application seems 'hung up', while waiting to get to the next window. We have asked the
user to reboot their computer when they start experiencing this slowness activity and the reboot seems to help for
a time. Then the slowness can come back. This seems very random. One user could be slow and the user sitting
next to them can be fast. It is slow at different times of the day. We are looking for a list of things to try to in order to resolve this 'slowness' issue before we roll out
the application to all of Production.

I have created Appeon Bug 4608 as well.
