Resolved MsSql connection

Hi all

I am trying to connect to a MsSql DataBase via AOD.Net  and getting the error : Can not find the Sybase.PowerBuilder.Db version 12.5.0.0 but i cant find any file by that name and version on the shared directory ( c:\Program Files(86) \ sybase \ shared..... ) . i did find a file by that name but the version is 12.0.0.6107 .

 

the application is wrriten in  pb12.5.2  classic

the database is MSSql 2008 / 2016

O.S = win 2008 , win10 , win7  - all (64bit)

What do i do ?

Hi Moshe;

   This file is supplied with PB 2017 and is located in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerBuilder 17.0\DotNET\bin" folder .

Note: This DLL must also be installed in the GAC in order for it to work properly.
