I vaguely remember some talk about PowerBuilder certifications coming back. Was I just dreaming or did that really happen?
If I am not dreaming, is this still on the table?

You are right, but as far as I have seen (and above all understood) the courses do not have the depth that was found in the old powersoft / sybase courses.
Try checking the old ones:
International Sybase User Group Vienna 1997 AM1
International Sybase User Group Vienna 1997 AM2
International Sybase User Group Vienna 1997 AM3 (this is like the bible)
International Sybase User Group Vienna 1997 AM4
International Sybase User Group Vienna 1997 AM5
.....
(certainly up to 28)
An adaptation and evolution of the same would be needed (adding new features).
Here we are still using them for training, but they are old and I don't have all of them and they are not found anymore ...
