Hi,

We are long term users of Infomaker and are preparing to make the jump from 12.6 to 2019 Build 2170.  We have always run under Citrix without any problem but now have a issue with user logins.  With the current version we specify a different server in the farm for each user to connect to in order avoid licence conflicts.  Is this still the same for 2019?

Thanks

Mark

Multiple users on one server will work if you have build 2170 or higher.

Hi Mark;

I would recommend migrating to the latest IM2019 R3 release - build 2703

Regards ... Chris

Thanks both.

@Roland - We are currently using build 2170 so it's a concern that it isn't working but as suggested by @Chris I will speak to our IT support about the possibility of upgrading.

Hi Mark, Are you talking about running the InfoMaker tool itself in Citrix or you mean the reporting app that is generated?  Just FYI, there is only licensing mechanism on the tool itself not the reporting apps generated.

It is the tool itself that is causing the issue.

I see. Since you said you are on IM 2019 R3 build 2170 and still have issue, please open a support ticket so we can go deeper into this. https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug
