For the issue of "File 'root/classes2.dex' uses reserved file or directory name 'classes2.dex'.", please try adding exclude to the packagingOptions in the android { } block of your app's build.gradle, for example:

android {
packagingOptions {
exclude 'classes2.dex'
}
}
