Is it possible to do that since i find out the registryget() is getting value from client with web application. Thanks

Hi Ching Pao;

   To get a registry value from the machine where PowerServer is running, you would need to deploy a Web Service to that same IIS instance and then call it from the Web App to return the appropriative registry value of that server.
