Resolved DW hierarchy or organization chart

Good morning,
We would like to develop a new window, in which the appearance of the DW or any other control, is as a hierarchy or organization chart.
If it could be vertical and only of the query type.
Some of you have developed something similar or can give us an idea.

Adding to what Mike said, using the new Chromium WebBrowser control with Google Charts might end up giving you the most features/least limitations compared to trying to hack the DataWindow control. 

PB 2019 R3 is currently in beta, but with the final release in January 2021 we will provide code example of how to do this to make it quite easy for you to implement.   

In the meantime, if you want to get a head start you can download the Beta, read the Beta documentation, and look at the Visual Enhancements Webinar.

You can also use a Treeview Datawindow, although the tree would display horizontally as opposed to vertically like a standard org chart.

the treeview dw is due for a major revamp, so many limitations currently ....



i think the updated web browser control in 19R3 is probably the way to go for most things like this. at least until/if the datawindow graphs and treeviews get enhanced
