Does Powerbuilder 2017 support EMS resumption?

EMS resumption as defined by:  https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7627

Thanks!

Hi Kelly,

The objects like HTTPClient and RESTClient don't directly handle the TLS layer connection. They call Windows APIs to implement the HTTP related functions. According to the following article, Microsoft has already enforced EMS Resumption defined by RFC7627 as of Oct. 8th, 2019. So as long as you've patched your Windows, it should work fine for you.
