Resolved Change datawindow Webservice-WSDL file dynamically

Hi

Is there a way possibly using the datawindow Modify function that I can change the WSDL URL that i use as the basis for a web service datawindow. I am developing an application off site where I have a WSDL file on one of our local servers here. When I deploy to UAT on the client's it will use a WSDL (same format) as the one I use but it will point to the client's UAT server and then Prod will point to the PROD server. The WSDL file is third party and will be the same on each server but my datawindow needs to point the correct server - I assume the same dll file that is created when I create the datawindow could be used on UAT and PROD as the actual wsdl file contents would be the same in each environment.

Hope that makes sense.

Hi John;

  FYI: That is what the DC/DS "SetWSobject" command is for. Especially, the "endpoint" property.

TIP:  Don't forget to also code the "wserror" web service event as well.    ;-)
