while accessing URL cloudapp launcher not working please find the below screenshot. please help me.

Hi Santhosh,

The folder structure of your Web Server site may lead to this error. Please notice that the folder of your application and the Cloud App Publisher should be under the same website.

E.g.:
localhost/YourAppName
localhost/CloudAppPublisher

IMPORTANT: the app launcher and runtime files must be uploaded to the same server and web root where the application will be deployed.

Hi Santosh;

  The crash report lists the defaulting module as the "UCRTBASE" DLL. This is a Microsoft C++ DLL that is normally part of the MS-Windows W10 or W11 operating system. Thus, you will need to check with your IT Infrastructure Team as to why this DLL is missing or somehow being blocked.

Hi Chris,

 Here While trying to Register the DLL whatever given the Instructions by you but Unfortunately we cant able to Solve the Issue.

If you remember we get the demo from you and your team on last week onwards for Powerbuilder 2022 Migration.For that we trying to do the POC for our Client to show some Demo but we cant able to complete the POC because of this issue.

So please requesting you to help, if possible you can Share and support us on any other Webex ,Zoom or teams to complete.
