Just finished upgrading my PowerServer to 2020 along with MR2703.  When I clicked on my IWA runner icon, it asked me to upgrade then I get

and then

Everything looks ok in AEM.

Did I miss something in the upgrade?

Thanks

Hi William;

  Please check your PS Server Logs via AEM. That might give you a lot more detail on what the App issue(s) might truly be. Also, try running the App(s) as a WEB app via their HTTP URLs and see if they work that way before going the AWS route.

  I am also assuming that that your PS is running on a local IIS to your PB IDE (which might need to be run in ADMIN mode for deploying 100%).

  Failing that, I would recommend opening a Support Ticket.

 HTH
Regards ... Chris

After upgrading, did you do a full redeploy (not incremental) of your app so it regenerates the app files based on the new version/build?

Hi Armeen,

Yes, I did a full deployment. I ran the Powerserver 2020 upgrade, did the Maintenance release. I'm using PB 2019 R3. AEM shows Data Source and SQLCA transanction object connected.

Thanks

I don't see any obvious mistake you made. I think next step should be to open a support ticket: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

Hi William,

Please go to AEM > Application > Transactions > Transaction Objects > [your application] and make sure you had setup transaction object to data source mapping, please refer to article below for more detail.
